The Indian Pacific is one of the worlds great train journeys, traveling 4352 kilometers between Perth in the West and Sydney to the East, with numerous stops en-route.

The journey takes place over 4 days (3 nights) and travels across the worlds longest piece of straight track across the Nullarbor Plane, as well as across the remote South Australian outback, and finally over the great dividing range and into Sydney.

Trains run twice a week in each direction, and prices range from
$1400 upwards
