This park is something a bit different. It's run by the Great Ocean Road Coast Committee and is essentially 5 different camp grounds in and around the Lorne area.

3 of the parks are seasonal with 2 open all year round.

The parks include

- Erskine River Caravan Park
- Kia-Ora Caravan Park
- Ocean Road Caravan Park (seasonal)
- Top Bank Caravan Park (seasonal )
- Queens Park Caravan Park (seasonal)

The three seasonal parks are purely powered and unpowered sites, but Erskine River Caravan Park and Kia-Ora Caravan park both boast a wide array of accommodation, including cabins, cans as well as powered sites.

These parks are an excellent place to stay and good value as well.
