Centralian Carpet Python ( Morelia bredli )

A solid impressive snake that makes for a good pet. Their colours of a reddish dirt colour to rocky grey reflect their central Australian habitat perfectly, allowing them to blend seamlessly into their environment.

Distribution & Habitat:

Throughout much of the arid centre of Australia and the fringing semi-arid areas. Loves being in trees and within reach of water.

Diet:

a wide range of Mammals, birds and reptiles, including the introduced rabbit which it has taken a shine to.

Breeding:

The females lay up to 40 eggs each year
